Recipe: The Pineapple Goat-Cheese Burger

This hamburger is so easy it hardly needs a recipe. Adding any other condiments would be a mistake, it is delicious on its own.

Ingredients:
ground hamburger
soft goat cheese
pineapple
onion
hamburger Buns

Form the hamburger into patties, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Trim the skin, top, and bottom from the pineapple, and slice it into 1/2" thick rounds. Slice the onion into 1/4" thick rings.

Brush the pineapple and onion with olive oil. Grill onion until transparent, and pineapple until it has grillmarks. Grill hamburger patties, and after flipping, place desired amount of goat cheese on top. The goat cheese will not melt like cheddar. Toast the buns on the grill.

Assemble the burger and enjoy!
